Project: SAS-based Data Analytics

The first objective is to design and implement a comprehensive data analytics platform that allows users to explore data, create rules, case approval workflow and to identify the insights of the data. Secondly, it aims to build secure, highly-available, and resilient data analytics platform on top of Microsoft Azure Stack. My contributions include:

• Gather client requirements, perform requirement analysis and system design to produce system architecture artifacts.

Project: Messaging and Collaboration

A 18-month project with a team of 80 to build a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution which offers a number of services such as mail service, IM service, document management service, etc. The solution is able to support 120,000 active users with a SLA of 99.5%. My contributions include:

• Worked with clients to gather requirements, performed design and analysis to produce functional specification documents.
• Architected, designed infrastructure automation and reporting platform to simplify the management of Exchange, Skype for Business, and SharePoint systems.

Project: eService Platform

A 24-month business transformation project with a team of 10 to automate all existing manual processes. One of the key objectives is to provide a complete paperless solution to the client and reduce hundreds of man hours per month. The solution also provides an internet-facing portal as a communication channel to public users, customers, and partners. In addition, it's integrated to an external payment gateway (eNet) and other legacy enterprise systems. My contributions include:

• Worked with clients to elicit requirements and plan out future enhancements based on business needs.
• Leading a team of 6 to develop the eService platform. Manage sub-contractors to ensure the project objectives to be met. Assign and prioritize tasks to team members. Provide technical guidance and recommend best practices to the team.

FindeMail is a simple yet powerful Enterprise Email Filing and Search App designed to augment your Mail application (e.g. Outlook). With this Email Management App, it is quick and easy to file emails in your Content Management System like SharePoint. Tag, categorize, find, view and share emails or attachments, all within a single Mail application.
